816 Junk Car provides cash offers for vehicles. When you contact us, we ask questions about your vehicle and provide an estimated cash offer. Any offer we provide is an estimate based on the information you give us and is subject to final verification and inspection of the vehicle. Offers are not binding until confirmed in person.
Program description. Our SMS program lets you request and receive a cash offer for your vehicle through automated text messages and replies from our team.
How to opt in. You opt in by texting the keyword QUOTE to (816) 586-5227, as advertised on our website. After you text QUOTE, you will receive a welcome message and will be asked to reply Y to confirm. Once you confirm, we begin asking about your vehicle. We do not send you any messages unless you contact us first.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your conversation with us.
Cost. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. We do not charge for the messages themselves.
How to opt out. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT. After you opt out, you will receive one confirmation message and then no further messages. To rejoin later, simply text QUOTE again.

Carriers. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers may change without notice.

Our services and any offers are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, BEESAN LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or SMS program.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
